All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. During high-volume sales or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Some promotions may include free shipping on select products or orders.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Holladay Candle Company is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier issues. However, we will gladly help you file a claim or locate your package.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist you.
