DESSERT CANDLE DAMAGE & SHIPPING POLICY
Our dessert candles are individually handmade and feature decorative wax elements such as whipped wax, embeds, sprinkles, and other detailed toppings. Because these elements can be delicate, minor cosmetic changes may occur during shipping.
Small cracks, loose or detached wax decorations, shifted toppings, broken decorative pieces, slight discoloration, frosting imperfections, or other minor cosmetic changes are not considered product damage and do not qualify for a refund or replacement. These imperfections do not affect the candle’s intended use or performance.
Because every candle is handmade, variations in appearance, placement, texture, and finish are also normal and part of the handmade nature of the product.
We will replace an item when it arrives significantly damaged and unusable, such as a broken or shattered vessel or substantial damage to the candle itself.
If your order arrives with significant damage, please contact us promptly with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
By purchasing one of our handmade dessert candles, you acknowledge and accept that minor cosmetic imperfections or movement of decorative wax elements can occur during transit.
Thank you for supporting Holladay Candle Co. and our handmade products.
